Orders under £30: Flat rate of £4.99

Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to return your item(s).
Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in a resellable condition.
Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
We recommend using a tracked postal service, as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in return transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges or Damaged Items
If your item arrived damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
