Welcome to MarketConneX! By registering as a seller or submitting content to the platform, you agree to abide by these Seller Terms & Conditions.

1. Who Can Sell

To use MarketConneX as a seller, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Have the legal right to offer and sell the goods or services you post.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date business information, including payment details.

2. MarketConneX’s Role

MarketConneX serves as a marketplace platform to connect buyers and sellers. We are not a seller, vendor, or payment processor.

  • We do not guarantee the success, safety, or legality of any transaction between buyers and sellers.
  • You are fully responsible for the goods or services you list and offer.

3. Seller Responsibilities

As a seller, you agree to:

  • Post accurate and lawful listings: Ensure that all product/service descriptions, images, and pricing are truthful, non-deceptive, and do not infringe on third-party rights.
  • Fulfill orders in a timely and professional manner: Ship products or provide services promptly and meet the agreed-upon terms.
  • Communicate respectfully with buyers: Respond to inquiries, feedback, and disputes professionally.
  • Address disputes and chargebacks promptly: If a buyer raises an issue, engage in timely and respectful communication to resolve the situation.

4. Prohibited Listings

The following items are strictly prohibited on MarketConneX:

  • Illegal or counterfeit products or services: Anything that violates local, international laws, or intellectual property rights.
  • Items that infringe on third-party intellectual property: Including counterfeit goods, pirated content, or unauthorized replicas.
  • Harmful, misleading, or offensive content: This includes products or services that promote violence, discrimination, hate speech, or anything that could endanger users.

MarketConneX reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms and take action against sellers who breach these rules.

5. Fees and Payments

  • Commissions and Fees: MarketConneX may charge a commission or subscription fee for using the platform, which will be disclosed to you before activation.
  • Payment Processing: Payouts will be processed through trusted third-party services like Stripe or PayPal. You agree to their respective terms and timelines.
  • Taxes: Sellers are responsible for declaring and paying any applicable taxes related to their sales. We are not responsible for tax reporting or compliance.

6. Account Termination

MarketConneX may suspend or remove seller accounts for the following reasons:

  • Repeated disputes or poor conduct: Including non-compliance with platform rules or disrespectful interactions with buyers.
  • Violating platform rules or terms: Such as posting prohibited products or engaging in fraudulent activities.
  • Extended inactivity: If your account remains inactive for an extended period (e.g., 6 months or more), it may be removed.

7. Disclaimers

  • No Liability for Buyer Behavior: MarketConneX is not liable for buyer actions, including complaints, disputes, or non-payment.
  • No Liability for Payment Issues: We do not guarantee payment processing by third-party providers, such as Stripe or PayPal.
  • Technical Failures: MarketConneX is not liable for technical disruptions, server outages, or any interruptions in service.
  • Seller Responsibility: Sellers are fully responsible for the goods or services they offer, as well as any legal compliance required for those products/services.

8. Governing Law

These Seller Terms & Conditions are governed by the Laws of England & Wales. Any disputes will be handled according to the legal framework established by these laws.
