  • You agree to use the platform lawfully and refrain from engaging in activities that may harm or disrupt the marketplace.

  • Payments for products/services will be processed securely via third-party payment processors such as Stripe, PayPal, or WooCommerce.

5. Prohibited Activities

As a buyer, you agree not to engage in:

  • Fraudulent or misleading activities.
  • Buying illegal, counterfeit, or harmful products.
  • Any behavior that may disrupt the normal functioning of the platform.

6. Refunds and Disputes

  • Refund policies are handled directly by the seller. MarketConneX is not responsible for disputes or issues related to transactions, but we will assist in resolving any complaints that violate our terms.
  • In the event of a dispute, we encourage both buyers and sellers to resolve the matter in a fair and timely manner.

7. Limitation of Liability

MarketConneX is not responsible for:

  • Issues or errors arising from third-party services or products.
  • Any financial loss or damage resulting from transactions made through the platform.
  • Any content posted by third parties, including sellers.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
